Building a Simple Indicator System

Combine one trend tool, one momentum tool and price levels into a rule set.

A simple system could be: trade in the direction of the 200 EMA, wait for a pullback to the 20 EMA, enter when RSI turns up from below 50 and a bullish candle forms at a level. Each part has a job: direction, location, timing, trigger.

Define the entry, stop, target and risk. Backtest at least 100 trades on past data, then demo trade before real money.

Review regularly. If conditions change, update the rules or pause. A system is a tool, not a promise.
